Trail Rides

BEGINNING OCTOBER 12, 2020

Join us for a horseback trail ride at the farm where we'll explore the trails, woods, fields, hills, brook, and valley that we call home. Discover the thrill of riding, the beautiful scenery that surrounds us, and the joy of nature.

All rides are private and by appointment only for couples or groups of four or less. Rides are led by an experienced and knowledgeable rider who will, upon request, be happy to share some of the history of the farm and identify some of the natural flora and fauna--some of which we frequently use in our sustainable practices and artisan products.

Each ride includes a brief informational session where we'll discuss basic horse etiquette, what to expect along the trail, a free lesson with arena warm-up time (if needed/requested), and we'll conduct a final safety check prior to hitting the trail.

There are currently two options available:

1/2 hour ride on the farm

1 hour ride on the farm and surrounding area

FARM VISIT

Brookvalley Farm, LLC is happy to share our farmsteading experiences with you!

Come visit our working farmstead: tour the farm, meet the animals, and learn what it means to live a farm life. Also available with the farm tours are pony rides or a horse drawn wagon ride on the farm. Farm tours are available seasonally (May-October) by appointment only.
